Preparation and anxiety fill the air of the locker room as the NAHS football players begin to prepare for their game. Although confident in their abilities, players are still concerned about the outcome of each game they play. Senior Football players Austin Brown and Logan Sommers share more about their experience in the locker room before each game.
Brown says “my nerves are usually fine until were warming up for kickoff.”
Sommers, however, is often nervous to begin practice. He says he “asks others how they are feeling and if they feel like they are ready to win.”
This feeling of comradery encompasses the entirety of the locker room. Win or lose, the NAHS football team is ready to do it together.
